Workforce development in the AEC industry has reached a crisis level. The number of projects moving forward continues to increase, and worker demand continues to rise. In this course, as part of the Íæż½ã½ã Leadership Library, you will learn how to attract and retain the best people at both the company and industry level to incite better project outcomes, higher profits, and a sustainable industry. You will also learn about the current industry image and what steps you can take to create a more positive image, as well as tap into previously untapped labor sources.
This course consists of two parts: a learning module and a post-test. Upon completion of the course and passing the post-test with a score of 70% or higher, you will receive a certificate of completion.
